Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello was born on April 18, 1967. She is an American actor and producer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were only some of her film roles. In the television world, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998), with other starring roles including as Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the show Goliath in 2016 and from 2017 through 2021, as the Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane on the show NCIS. Bello was the daughter of Kathy Bello (a teacher and school nurse) and Joe Bello (a contractor). Bello was born in Norristown on the 18th of April 1967. She studied political sciences at Villanova University. Bello learned to act in a variety of New York theater productions following graduation. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. In November 2013, she wrote about having a sexual relationship with her former partner, Clare Munn. The book she published was titled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the labels we give ourselves (Dey Street Books April 28 in 2015).
